Real-Life Communication

You just got off the phone with a very angry listener.

Your biggest advertiser has been running a series of ads that offend some listeners. They follow a sports theme with lots of shouting and game sounds. The main part of each ad is a fake interview with a sport celebrity.

The problem is they never portray female athletes. Your station has polled its listeners and found that over 55 percent are female.

You decide to tackle this issue. You must write a letter of complaint. But you must be careful how you word it. They are, after all, your biggest advertisers.
