You want to advertise your new line of snowboards. Part of the advertising has to explain the mechanics behind the design: why the snowboard is shaped the way it is, why it was made out of the materials it was, and more.

Read the following information on the snowboard you have just designed. Write up a paragraph that could be read over a radio station in a 30-second spot to advertise this board. This commercial will be played during the broadcasting of a national snowboarding competition, so your listeners should know what you are talking about.

The name of your snowboard is Snoboar. You have a patented design. The design of the board has many features that give snowboarders the best ride ever.

Because of its design, snowboarders have great control when going over moguls and jumps, and better surface control and ground contact. You can steer Snoboar with a specially patented rear section, while the front section gives you control on the straight and turning motions.

Snoboar is constructed with full PBT cap construction. It is made with a vertically laminated wood core. Snoboar comes with a two-year limited warranty.
