Real-Life Communication

Communication skills are very important to sales representatives. In electronics and medical electronics, effective communication can be as simple knowing your audience. Below are some excerpts from sales brochures about a new X-ray unit.

Imagine you're going into a meeting to pitch this new unit to a group of X-ray technicians and then into a meeting with the hospital administration. Write two short presentations summarizing what you might say to each group. Remember, an X-ray technician will use the machine; the hospital administrator has to buy the unit.
