Real-Life Decision Making

You are the promotions manager for a large radio station. You've got a lot on your plate.

This coming weekend, your station is committed to sending its broadcast truck to two different community events. It should be a lot of fun, giving away prizes and getting publicity for the station, but also a lot of work.

On Friday, you get a frantic call from a local seniors' center. The center is holding its annual bake sale and they need the publicity that having a radio station on location would provide. Unfortunately, another radio station has backed out at the last minute.

Sending a crew and a truck to this event will result in big overtime expenses. Also, your station specializes in hard rock. Your demographic research shows seniors aren't a large part of your audience.

What do you do?
