Laser Printer Repair Technician

Real-Life Activities

Real-Life Decision Making

Laser printer repair technicians are often in difficult situations.

You have been called to the office of a major company to repair the laser printer in the executive office suites. This is the one used by the assistants to the company president.

The printer simply stopped working earlier in the day. You roll up your sleeves and take a look. You soon find that the printer needs major work. You could probably fix it on the spot, but it might be easier to take the printer back to the shop.

Not only that, but it may cost nearly as much to fix the machine as it would to buy a new one. A group of people is gathering, waiting for you to perform your magic and bring the printer back to life.

What do you do?
